I am very happy that I choose Vision Works. My friend was looking for a shop to make new glasses, we chanced to come across Vision Works. She made her glasses, was very happy with the service. So I decided to try out too. I have been diagnosed with mecular degeneration, it's very stressful to deal with opticians who doesn't know anything about this. Putting customer first! I was given amazing services by this team, long story short, I’m flying back to NZ in 1 week and realise I forgot to stock up my lenses. I call them up and they manage to order it from their supplier and get it on time 1 day before my flight. Adding on to that they even help send it via Grab as my day is pretty much packed with family catchup. The whole process was just done via WhatsApp and I even get a special price from them!! I will definitely only go to them in future and highly recommend everyone to buy your lenses from them. Cheaper than online!!
